The 5-axis 4-linkage (coarse and fine integrated) CNC differential grinder produced by the company is designed based on the design concept of Swiss company and the actual operation experience of domestic users, and is optimized and improved on the relevant basis, which is reflected in practical, economic, operation, maintenance, stability and efficiency.
The machine tool system adopts the imported Syntec system and software. In order to optimize the relative position relationship of the servo axis of the equipment, the X, Y, Z and V linear axis adopts the imported Syntec servo motor and Japanese THK leadscrew and guide rail. German INA high precision bearing group is selected for axis end support to ensure the rigidity of the grinding and production efficiency and quality of the production, and can realize the semi-finished grinding processing of multiple varieties of tools.
The machine tool is equipped with a 6-joint robot to achieve fully automatic workpiece acquisition, effectively reduce the labor cost and management cost, improve the fully automatic production and high production, and greatly reduce the failure rate of repeated loading and unloading, realizing higher efficiency and lower failure rate of the rack manipulator.

1 .10 Special permanent magnet electric spindle, the grinding wheel flange can be dismantled to the grinding wheel dressing machine to repair the grinding wheel.

1.11 Install pipe sealed oil-proof LED lamp in the machine.
