3.2 Basic requirements for machine tools

3.2.1. This machine tool can be used for trimming the outer diameter, end face, outer diameter cone surface, and outer diameter R surface of CBN grinding wheels and diamond grinding wheels;

3.2.2. The machine tool adjusts and controls two cross slide tables through five linear axes, and achieves the trimming action in a fully automatic manner through the horizontal movement and swinging motion between the CNC trimming axes;

3.2.3. The machine tool adopts a window display interface, with a human-machine dialogue for programming operation. The operation interface can display the projection image of the measurement system

3.2.4. The machine tool has a grinding wheel detection function, including measurement software and optical lenses. It can achieve visual alignment of the tool through the screen by comparing the preset contour line with the projected contour of the dressing grinding wheel;

3.2.5. The machine tool should be equipped with necessary adjustment and operation tools;

3.3.1. The machine tool bed adopts a high-quality and high-precision metal casting or artificial marble casting integrated structure, which has sufficient rigidity. When repairing, the bed should have good vibration absorption and thermal stability;

3.3.2. The machine tool cabin adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the movable door adopts a push-pull type, which is flexible in movement. The movable door and the front shell of the operating area adopt a transparent acrylic cover plate full window structure.
