Q How long is the warranty period for your product?

A Naseiko machine warranty period is 2 years. Nasiko carbide tools warranty period is 3 years.
Q How can I repair my machine after the warranty period expires?

A After the warranty period, our repair service will be charged. In addition to the cost of spare parts, the customer also needs to pay the engineer's travel expenses, translation fees, and engineer's salary of 210 USD per day
Q May I ask what is your payment method for international sales?

A The payment method including T/T, LC at sight . Usually 30% as deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
